GENTLE Prepare · Beginning January 4, 2027

Four weeks to explore movement before surgery with more curiosity, connection, and confidence.

GENTLE Prepare brings together whole-body movement, breathwork, restorative practices, education, reflection, and community support, all within a flexible experience designed to adapt to your individual energy, symptoms, and capacity as you prepare for Endometriosis surgery.

The GENTLE Endo Method™

The GENTLE Endo Method™ redefines how movement is approached throughout the Endometriosis journey.

Rather than pushing through pain or prioritizing intensity, it creates a pathway toward comfortable, sustainable movement rooted in nervous system support, body awareness, and trust.

This is not about pushing your body. It's about learning how to work with it.

Guided by six intentional phases—Ground, Ease, Nourish, Tone, Lengthen, and Exhale—The GENTLE Endo Method™ evolves with you through different stages of your Endometriosis journey.

Why I Created GENTLE Endo™

GENTLE Endo™ was born from lived experience.

After being diagnosed with Stage IV Endometriosis, I found myself navigating chronic symptoms, surgery, recovery, and the uncertainty that often accompanies this disease. Like many people living with Endometriosis, I searched for movement practices that felt supportive rather than demanding. Approaches that respected what my body was carrying instead of asking me to push through it.

At the same time, I was building a career in Pilates and discovering how movement, breath, and nervous system support could help people reconnect with their bodies.

What I discovered was a gap.

There were movement programs. There were fitness programs.

But there were very few spaces designed specifically for the realities of living with Endometriosis.

GENTLE Endo™ was created to fill that gap.

GENTLE Endo™ is an Endometriosis-informed approach to movement that combines classical Pilates, breathwork, education, and nervous system support to help individuals build trust in their bodies through different phases of their journey.

Because healing isn't always about doing more.

Sometimes it's about learning how to work with your body instead of against it.

Find your GENTLE.

Supporting your body doesn't have to start with doing more.
